Therefore, when choosing the fabric for JOOP! jeans, we give priority to cotton from controlled sustainable cultivation and other internationally certified sustainable and pollutant-free raw materials. We procure most of our outer fabrics from carefully selected, highly qualified weaving mills from Italy, Egypt and Turkey.
The finishing process is what gives JOOP! JEANS their unique, authentic look. In this area of production, too, the use of cutting-edge laser machines and innovative ozone technologies from leading European manufacturers helps us to significantly reduce our use of water, energy and chemicals.
Modern finishing processes facilitate the environmentally friendly creation of JOOP! denim fabrics. This enables us to save significant amounts of water, energy and chemicals. The water used in production is subsequently filtered, prepared and returned to the production cycle for reuse.
