Payment methods

In the JOOP!  Online-Store, payment is made as safe and easy as possible thanks to the range of different payment methods available:

We take data and privacy protection very seriously, especially when you’re making payments. We therefore encrypt all personal information, such as your payment details, using the latest SSL technology. We keep your data strictly confidential as a matter of course.
 

Paying by credit card

Pay by Visa or MasterCard for a no-stress, no-fuss experience. And best of all: the money only leaves your account when your item is shipped. If you return an item, we make sure the money is repaid to your account as quickly as possible once your return has been processed by our logistics centre.

Payment by PayPal

Quick, simple, safe - that’s PayPal. Anyone who has a bank account or credit card can pay with PayPal - provided that you’re registered with them.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website after clicking “BUY NOW”. You can then log in with your PayPal details and make your payment from there. This way, we won’t be aware of your payment information. PayPal will inform us directly about whether your payment has gone through so that we can then start to process your order to be sent out without delay.

Making a pre-payment

After you have placed your order in the JOOP! Online-Store, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details you’ll need to make the pre-payment. Please transfer the full amount to the following account within 7 working days:

After we have received your payment, we will send out your items within 1-3 days.

If we do not receive your payment within the time frame specified, your order will be cancelled and the reserved items will be made available to other customers.

iDEAL

iDEAL is an online payment method available in the Netherlands and it can be used to pay via your own bank. This payment method is only available in the Netherlands.

Redeeming vouchers and promotion codes

Enter your voucher code into the box provided during the order process and click “REDEEM”. The voucher amount will then be deducted from your order total.

Please read the voucher terms and conditions, for example the expiry date or minimum spend. A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order.

Placing your order

JOOP! fashion never goes out of style - and neither does the shopping experience in the JOOP! Online-Store. You can update your wardrobe at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The same applies here as in all other stores that are only available online: Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders by telephone, email, fax or post. Please place your orders in the JOOP! Online-Store by putting the items you wish to buy into your online shopping basket.

Your customer account

You can place an order in the JOOP! Online-Store without having a customer account, however we do recommend registering with us. By doing so, you’ll be able to make the most of many practical, attractive benefits:

  • Track the delivery status of your order in real time
  • Overview of your previous orders
  • Store favourite items in your personal wish list and share with your friends

Order and shipment confirmation

After you have placed your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. As soon as your items have left our logistics centre, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped. This e-mail is also proof of purchase.

Item availability

All articles that you are able to place in your shopping basket are available in the JOOP! Online-Store. If they are sold out, you won’t be able to select certain sizes or colours.

Of course, it may happen that several customers try to place an order for the last remaining JOOP! item at the same time, meaning that the item is sold out within a matter of seconds during the order process.

On this rare occasion, your order for this item will unfortunately become invalid as it is not usually possible to re-order sold-out items. Our customer service team will of course inform you via e-mail.

But maybe you will be lucky and the item you desire will be returned by another customer making it available again at short notice. Just come back to the JOOP! Online-Store a short time later to check.
