At HOLY FASHION GROUP, diversity and equal opportunities are a natural and lived part of an open and value-oriented corporate culture. For us, diversity means innovative strength, inspiration and enrichment and thus a great potential for entrepreneurial success. Regardless of nationality, gender, religious and political beliefs, sexual orientation, age or possible disability, every employee can fully contribute and realise his or her potential in our working environment.
amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) is an international initiative working for the improvement of global social standards and championing the improvement of working conditions in the global manufacturing industry. Members must abide by an ethical code of conduct, which defines minimum requirements with regard to working conditions, working hours, pay, child labour, forced labour, health and safety requirements, discrimination and environmental protection. Compliance with the code of conduct is regularly monitored in the manufacturing facilities via a systematic auditing and qualification system.

Since 2021, we have been measuring and evaluating our sustainability activities with the Higg Index, a modular, web-based online tool for the footwear and apparel industry. A standardized questionnaire is used to identify sustainability risks and subsequently formulate measurable improvement targets. This also enables benchmarking with other companies.
The Higg Index was introduced in 2012 by the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) and aims to promote social justice throughout the global value chain and reduce the environmental impact of products.
With its unique heritage, JOOP! has stood for highly stylish statements and discerning quality for decades. For us, the use of more sustainable and resource-saving production processes and the assumption of responsibility throughout the value chain are inherent elements of this, too.
As part of the HOLY Fashion Group, JOOP! has been a member of the Sustainable Textiles Switzerland 2030 (STS 2030) programme since December 2021. Together with the STS 2030 initiative, we want to make an active contribution to the improvement of a sustainable and socially responsible value chain in the clothing sector. Through our membership, we pledge to our commitment to taking specific action to achieve the goals, which include:
1. The reduction of greenhouse gas emissions
2. The promotion of fair salaries and humane working conditions for all
3. The promotion of innovative business models towards a circular economy
4. Transparency to ensure that sustainable purchasing decisions can be made
